LNESC is proud to continue our legacy of creating lifelong learners

LNESC is a 501(c)(3) non-profit that provides scholarships, educational programming, resources, and leadership empowerment to students across the United States and Puerto Rico. In 2023, our 50-year celebration activities were held throughout the year to highlight our legacy of impact and serving our community.

We developed a podcast series showcasing the past, present, and future of LNESC, which features guests that includes program participants, volunteers, partners, and LNESC leadership and staff.

Education and Leadership Programs

Founded in 1973, LNESC began as a financial aid and college admissions outreach program designed to assist low-income, high school student’s admission to college. Throughout decades of service, LNESC has developed programs that follow students through each developmental level, aimed at maximizing the educational potential of Latino youth to help them become life-long learners and leaders.
